Managing your life and your inner team: MBPP
Discover Mindfulness-Based Philosophical Psychology (MBPP) – an innovative way to explore and improve your inner world.

What is MBPP?
MBPP stands for Mindfulness-Based Psychological Philosophy–

The significance of mindfulness
The ‘M’ in MBPP stands for mindfulness. Mindfulness is understood here as a fundamental inner attitude: the ability to perceive one’s own experience from an observant perspective (the inner observer) – including inner voices, impulses and conflicts – with curiosity, openness and without immediate judgement. This mindfulness-based attitude invites us to pause, look closely and ask: Who is speaking here right now? What does this part need? What message does it carry? This perspective is key to working with the inner team before we can enter into a healing dialogue with our inner parts.

How MBPP can benefit you?
MBPP offers you a profound psychological insight into yourself, gained through experience. You will not only learn to understand your inner aspects, but also to manage them effectively. The aim is to enable you to live in greater harmony and with greater awareness alongside your ‘inner team’.
What is MBPP
MBPP is an integrative psychological method the ‘inner team’ – the various psychological parts or sub-personalities of an individual. Following an analysis of these inner parts and the application of Voice Dialogue techniques, MBPA essentially works with four core methods:
- The Observer Perspective: the application of an ACT-based defusion technique that promotes mindful, detached awareness of inner parts without over-identifying with them.
- Resource Identification: identifying the inner parts that represent personal resources.
- The Healing Counterpart: exploring which inner parts can naturally balance or compensate for difficult parts.
- Team leader analysis: Examining how the central ‘inner leader’ guides and organises the entire inner team.
